As an AI Lead Software Developer at Siili, you will take technical ownership of AI-powered software projects - from architecture and implementation to delivery. You set the direction, define the practices, and stay hands-on throughout on agentic software development. Your work ensures that AI is not just a tool your projects use, but a core part of how they are built.

Software Factory approach leverages agentic software development, where intelligent AI agents are embedded across the lifecycle to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and systematically scale high-impact software delivery.

What You'll DoLead the technical direction of AI-powered software projects, from design through production.

Drive the adoption of AI development tools and practices within your project teams (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Azure AI, AWS AI, and more).

Define and uphold code quality, architecture standards, and secure development practices.

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions.

Act as a technical sparring partner and mentor for developers on the project.

Contribute to Siili's AI-powered software development offering through best practices, blog posts, and internal knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking ForExtensive hands-on experience in custom software development, including the full secure development lifecycle from design to production.
