As an Event Operations Manager within the ICPC Collaboration team, you’ll support JetBrains’ global participation in ICPC competitions and related events. Your focus will be on operational coordination, logistics, vendor communication, and on-site execution.
You’ll work closely with the ICPC Collaboration Manager, Atelier team, warehouse teams, internship and university relations departments, and finance team to support JetBrains’ presence at regional contests, championships, and training camps worldwide.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, an ownership mindset, the ability to travel, and to coordinate multiple moving parts across teams and countries.
What you’ll do
Event operations and logistics
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for ICPC events.
Communicate with our warehouses about swag production and restocking, packaging and shipment tracking, and post-event pick-up coordination.
Work closely with Atelier on production timelines, design handoff requirements, and quality checks.
Ensure all materials, including booth equipment, swag, and printed materials, are delivered on time.
Vendor and supplier coordination
Communicate with local vendors for booth setup, furniture, screens, printing, and other event needs.
Collect quotes and compare options.
Support contracting and payment coordination.
Monitor production timelines and help address delays.
On-Site event coordination
Travel to selected ICPC events.
Coordinate the JetBrains booth setup.
Manage the on-site team schedule.
Ensure smooth execution of booth activities.
Serve as the operational point of contact for organizers during the event.
Process and documentation
Maintain checklists and event documentation.
Track inventory and usage across events.
Identify process improvements in logistics and preparation.
