Job Description: As a key member of the North America Finance team, the Associate Director, Revenue Management and GtN, will participate in animating all GtN forecasting cycles, including GtN forecasting and actuals processes in partnership with the Brand teams, Finance Business Partners and V&A for the US Oncology/Rare/Neurotoxins portfolio. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to play a critical role in driving financial accuracy and strategic decision-making across our U.S. Oncology/Rare/Neurotoxins portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in the U.S. payer landscape and a proven track record in Gross-to-Net forecasting, accruals, and strategic analytics. You will support contract negotiations and business planning by delivering high-impact insights that shape pricing, access, and revenue strategies. Main responsibilities Lead GTN Forecasting & Accruals Develops and maintains accurate gross-to-net forecasts and month-end accruals across all Commercial and Government channels and segment. Drives discussions with key internal stakeholders to analyse GTN results and their financial impact to the TA portfolio. Uses these discussions as key inputs into future forecasts. Prepares and reviews month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports related to GTN. Oversee the accounting of GTN adjustments, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Completes timely balance sheet reviews for all GTN channels, ensuring proper accruals are maintained on a quarterly basis.  Uses such workpapers as additional data sets to inform future forecasts. Collaborates with external auditors to ensure accurate representation of GTN in financial statements. Strategic Business Partnering Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Value & Access, Government Pricing, Commercial Brand Teams, and Business Operation) to support contract negotiations through financial modelling and scenario planning Translates complex GTN mechanics into strategic insights that influence pricing, contracting, and portfolio optimization. Insight Generation Deliver clear, actionable insight to senior leadership that inform strategic decisions and optimize gross-to-net performance Analyses historical data, market trends, and payer contracts to refine forecasting models and ensure alignment with business goals. Conducts root cause analyses of Actuals vs. Forecasts to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement Serves as Financial subject matter expert on the U.S. Payer system, advising on trends, risks, and opportunities Process Optimization Enhances GTN reporting tools, methodologies, and processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve data integrity in GTN calculations. Assists in driving the integration of new systems or technologies to support GTN forecasting and reporting. Contributes to enhancements in GTN reporting frameworks to improve forecasting efficiency and visibility of GTN performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Works closely with Accounting, FP&A, V&A, Commercial Sales team, and Group Treasury to ensure data integrity and alignment across functions. Knowledge & Experience (essential): 5-8 years of experience in GTN within the U.S. pharmaceutical industry In-depth knowledge of the U.S. payer system, including Commercial and Government pricing implications. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling; familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP Systems (SAP). Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence top management and cross-functional stakeholders Expert knowledge in Gross to Net (GTN) accounting and revenue forecasting with successful track record of managing multiple products in complex environments. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive conversations with internal stakeholders on GTN decisions. Expert in Excel modelling and functionalities, while possessing experience and aptitude in creating automated GTN system driven models/calculations Expertise in Government Pricing and Managed Markets' concepts, practices, and procedures.  Has the desire to learn as new legislation is enacted with a focus on the impact to GTN. Strong analytical and modelling capability to present data in a concise meaningful fashion.  Has the ability to see trends while not getting lost in all the individual details. Demonstrates leadership skills. Presents ability to design, improve and implement key GTN processes. Able to leverage Finance resources to resolve issues and support all business partners in the attainment of company goals and objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills – setting and executing against deadlines and delivering on commitments, while keeping management informed of progress. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic operating environment. Education / Certifications (essential): Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Language(s) (essential): Fluent in English The annual base salary range for this position is $143,250 - $210,000 This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program. The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.
