About the Assignment You will take a key role in a project-driven procurement environment focused on offshore and onshore installation services. The assignment centers on securing subcontracts from the market for complex deliveries where safety, quality, timing, and commercial value are all critical. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across projects and act as the main point of responsibility for subcontracting activities. You will help ensure that procurement decisions support project goals, align with company strategy, and create the right balance between commercial terms, technical scope, and delivery capability. The environment is international and fast-moving, with regular domestic and international travel as part of the role. Job DescriptionLead subcontracting activities for offshore and onshore installation services within projects. Source and secure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective subcontracts that match project needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right subcontract scope, timeline, and quality level. Drive commercial and contractual discussions together with legal experts and other project functions. Evaluate market options and supplier capabilities in a challenging procurement landscape. Support project execution by ensuring subcontracts are in place on time and in line with overall strategy. Contribute to ongoing improvements in ways of working within procurement and sourcing. RequirementsM.Sc. degree in business, engineering, economics, or similar. Experience in procurement and/or sourcing, including complex subcontracting.
