- Handle HR day-to-day operations of employee lifecycle in co-operation with the HR Team
- Responsible for outsourced payroll operations and benefit management
- Facilitate communication with employees to ensure smooth information flow across departments.
- Assist the HR Manager in policy development, hiring processes, and salary administration
- Organize and support employee engagement events
- Working with co-operation processes and unions
- Responding to ad-hoc situations in appropriate manner
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or higher in Business or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a factory running context
- Proficiency in both Finnish and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and address employee inquiries
- Familiarity with HR applications and database systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in industrial setting
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Discretion, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
