About your job

Your work centers around leading the full proposal cycle for complex mining and Engineered-to-Order projects. Acting as the go to partner for major tenders and bids, your work involves assessing customer specifications according to their needs, shaping competitive solutions, and driving cross functional alignment from first scoping to final proposal and contract negotiation. Daily work involves steering capture teams, ensuring technical feasibility with process flow simulations – layout drawings, evaluating risk, balancing CAPEX/OPEX considerations, and securing a well-structured commercial setup. You also influence future product strategy through insights gathered from markets and stakeholders.

Key focus areas include:

Driving complex mining and ETO proposals from start to finish.

Ensuring process flow, layout, costing, equipment selection, impact analysis and risk management.

Close collaboration with Sales Areas, PMO, Engineering, Sourcing, Digital, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Strengthening tools, procedures, and ways of working within the proposal environment.
