Head of IT

Admicom is a SaaS provider that digitalizes the construction and building industry ecosystem, leveraging the global megatrend of construction technology. Founded in Finland, Admicom is listed on the First North Helsinki stock exchange.

As we continue to grow and scale our operations, we are strengthening our internal technology environment. To support this, we are now looking for a Head of IT to lead and develop our internal IT services, architecture, and operations.

Head of IT

As Head of IT, you will lead the development and reliability of Admicom’s internal technology environment, ensuring that our systems, workplace technologies, and IT services support a fast-growing SaaS company and enable efficient ways of working. You will play a central role in shaping how internal technology supports both daily operations and future growth.

The Head of IT reports to the CFO and leads Admicom’s internal IT team of three people as part of the Finance & Operations organization. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring our systems and services evolve in a scalable and controlled way.

Your work spans operational reliability and long-term development, including ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations with the team, managing vendors, and aligning priorities with leadership and stakeholders.

You will maintain a clear view of our systems and architecture, ensuring new solutions fit the overall landscape. You will also oversee identity, access, and security governance. A key part of the role is prioritization, balancing operational needs, development initiatives, and business priorities while making clear decisions on where to focus.
