About this role
We are looking for an experienced Startup Pitch Trainer for a short, high-impact assignment supporting a Latin American startup delegation attending Slush.
About the assignment
A group of Latin American startups will participate in Slush and meet European investors. The goal is to ensure they are well-prepared to pitch and communicate effectively in a European context.
Scope of work
1-1,5-hour online preparation session (remote)
Alignment and key guidance before arrival
Half-day pitch training workshop (Helsinki)
Practical, hands-on session (4 hours)
Live pitch practice and feedback

How to structure a clear and convincing pitch
Adapting communication for European audiences
Common mistakes in international pitching
Requirements
- Experience coaching startups or working with investors
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
- Understanding of the European startup ecosystem
