Responsibilities
- Prepares sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines. Coordinates with sales representatives and other departments to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
- Ensures accuracy and compliance of quotes with company policies and customer requirements. Maintains and updates quote tracking systems and documentation for record-keeping.

- Communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve any discrepancies. Develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support the sales performance management.

More about the role Supports and collaborates with the sales team by preparing and managing sales quotes. Coordinates with various departments to ensure accurate, timely quote delivery and correct maintenance of customer's pricing conditions. Maintains and updates quote databases and documentation. Offer to our customers the best professional service in quotations, working as a Team together with Sales, contributing in the most efficient way to sales processes.
