Datacenter Network Engineer
to join us at Telia.
I’m
Zahed Iqbal, Head of DC Networks
, and I’m looking for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on operating and evolving modern datacenter network environments. As part of the Group Common Technology Unit, the Data Center Networks Team is responsible for the development, operations, maintenance, lifecycle management, and capacity planning of datacenter network infrastructures. We provide the IP connectivity that powers both our on‑premise and public cloud environments.
What you’ll do:
You will support, maintain, and develop our datacenter network infrastructure.
Assist with
deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of
Cisco ACI fabrics
Support Cisco Nexus
switching platforms and datacenter technologies
Participate in maintaining FabricPath
and leaf‑spine architectures
Support routing operations on Cisco ASR routers
(BGP/OSPF)
Assist in managing load balancers
(F5, Citrix ADC, FortiADC etc.)
Perform daily monitoring, incident resolution, and changes
Work closely with senior engineers
to learn ACI, routing, L4‑L7 services, automation
What will help you thrive:
3+ years in enterprise network engineering
Experience with Nexus switches and basic ACI
concepts
Knowledge of routing protocols
and L2 switching
Experience with load balancers
Strong troubleshooting
and TCP/IP fundamentals
Exposure to ACI, FabricPath, ASR routers, F5, automation
is a plus
