We are seeking a Agile Coach who will act as a scrum master, change agent, and teacher - helping not only teams but also the wider organization to make incremental changes with the goal of improving the overall product development capabilities in Wärtsilä's Digital Product Development organization.

We are currently in our third year of a thoughtful adoption of the LeSS framework in which we strive to simplify organizational complexity while implementing our own unique people-centric ways of working.

Although this position follows a hybrid work model and remote work is supported, employees are expected to work onsite at the office 2-3 days per week.

About the Role

As a Agile Coach, you will coach individuals, teams and managers to expand their capabilities and facilitate the ability to challenge the status quo. Together with other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, you will work alongside our Area Product Owner who sets the product vision and priority. You will also work with broader organization like People Managers and various stakeholders to remove systemic impediments, implement LeSS principles and
