About this role

The opportunity

Unity is powering the future of real-time 3D creation - enabling artists, developers, and studios to create, collaborate, and iterate faster than ever before. Our suite of creation and collaboration tools, including Parsec (high-performance remote access & streaming), SyncSketch (real-time review & collaboration), and SpeedTree (industry-leading vegetation modeling), supports workflows across game development, film, animation, and virtual production.

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to join our specialist global sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new customers across the gaming and media ecosystem - from emerging studios to established AAA developers, VFX houses, and creative production teams - while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

What you'll be doing

Own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of new and existing accounts in EMEA, including prospecting, discovery, workflow analysis, solution design, deal negotiation, and handoff to Customer Success / Technical teams

Work cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Success to define customer requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions across remote collaboration, creative review, and content creation pipelines

Engage stakeholders across creative and technical teams - including CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Technical Directors, Art Directors, and production leads - to understand production workflows, pipeline bottlenecks, and collaboration needs

Build deep relationships within the gaming, VFX, and animation communities through event attendance (e.g. GDC, SIGGRAPH), networking, and outbound prospecting

Manage customer relationships across production lifecycles - from pre-production and pipeline setup through active development and content iteration

Requirements

  • Experience selling SaaS or technical solutions, ideally into game development, VFX, animation, or creative production environments; proven track record of quota attainment or strong pipeline contribution
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and sell into both technical and creative stakeholders
  • Comfort engaging in technical and workflow-driven conversations (e.g. remote access, low-latency streaming, asset pipelines, review/approval workflows, versioning challenges)
  • Skilled in value-based and workflow-based selling - articulating productivity gains, iteration speed improvements, and cost efficiencies
  • Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple opportunities across regions, industries, and product lines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business and creative value
  • You might also have
  • Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, and/or DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, Houdini, or Unreal Editor
  • Understanding of production workflows in games, film, animation, or virtual production
  • Experience engaging with art teams, technical artists, or pipeline engineers
  • Passion for real-time creation and how distributed teams are reshaping content production
  • Additional information
  • Relocation support is not available for this position
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
