Position Summary
You will lead the local brand strategy and execution for a key therapeutic area in Portugal. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues across Medical, Market Access, Sales and external agencies. We value people who think strategically, act with integrity and put patients first. Translate global and regional strategy into clear local marketing and launch plans that drive brand performance and patient impact.
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across channels, including digital, events and sales enablement.
Manage brand budget, contribute to annual planning and support P&L reviews.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare partners.
Use data and insights to monitor performance, optimise plans and report outcomes to leadership.
Ensure all activities follow legal, regulatory and company standards for compliant customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities
Own and deliver the local brand plan, meeting agreed business and patient outcomes.
Work with Medical, Market Access, Sales and other teams to shape evidence-based positioning and commercial approaches.
Develop high-quality promotional and educational materials for healthcare professionals and customers.
Brief and manage external agencies and vendors for creative, digital and event activity.
Train and support the commercial field team to ensure consistent messaging and effective customer interactions.
Review market, competitor and customer insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, brand management or related roles.
Fluent in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills; able to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Experience managing budgets, agency partners or end-to-end project delivery.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience specifically hospital, specialty care or public health environments.
Familiarity with digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns and content management systems.
Experience working with medical affairs, market access or regulatory teams.
Track record of successful product launches or major campaign roll-outs.
Experience with promotional compliance systems and understanding of local healthcare regulations.
Previous experience in a multinational company or matrix environment.
