Fluxion is building a new category of software for enterprise decision-making. Our AI-native platform helps companies understand how business decisions affect their financial outcomes by replacing rigid spreadsheets with a real-time modelling environment. At the core of Fluxion is a graph-based modelling engine, advanced analytics, and an AI co-pilot that enables teams to test scenarios, explore alternatives, and understand business impact instantly.

What will you be doing?

As a Frontend Lead, you will take ownership of Fluxion's core product interface: the grid and graph-based modelling environment where users interact with models, scenarios and AI-assisted workflows.

Your main responsibility is building the grid and graph-based UI that allows users to explore models, analyze data, and simulate decisions in real time. This means designing intuitive interactions for technically complex concepts and ensuring that large datasets flow smoothly between the backend and the frontend. Much of the work involves building highly interactive, data-intensive product features where complex client-side state and large datasets must remain fast and reliable.

You will work closely with Fluxion's founders, engineers and product design to turn complex modelling logic into clear and intuitive product interactions. While your primary focus is frontend development, you will also contribute across the stack when needed and help evolve the product as Fluxion's modelling platform grows. Our tech stack includes technologies such as TypeScript, React and Python, with modern tooling and infrastructure across Node.js, Postgres and AWS.
