You will work closely with multiple development teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear priorities, driving quarterly roadmaps with Product Management, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. The role combines

Responsibilities

  • the product backlog for Cube Control software
  • , ensuring features, enhancements, and technical improvements are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Gather input and requirements
  • from internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely
  • with Product Management and Project Managers to align roadmap priorities, quarterly plans, and delivery
  • objectives
  • across multiple software teams.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies
  • and ensure alignment across teams contributing to the shared product suite.
  • Monitor progress
  • against quarterly
  • objectives
  • , communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders, and adjust priorities as needed to maximize value.
  • Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • or in a similar role
  • within a software development environment
  • .
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence
  • , and other tools to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and track delivery.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • and iterative development practices.
  • Proven
  • experience working with multiple development teams
  • simultaneously, delivering complex software products or suites.
  • Excellent ability to write clear, actionable user stories, manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive alignment across teams.
