Your responsibilities will be:
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working in a structured and goaloriented way with all incoming inquiries, including orders and deliveries.
Demonstrating strong customer engagement and building relationships with high loyalty between the customer and Kramp.
Have capabilities and drive to do pro-active sales initiatives
Being proactive to secure close interaction with customers, our sales representatives, the logistics department, and product specialists.
Taking active responsibility for achieving our defined goals.
Actively contributing to improvement initiatives within the role as well as routines and processes.
Helping shape our digital development.
Who are you?
You have a natural talent for administrative structure.
You have experience with and a passion for customer contact through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and facetoface meetings.
You are naturally solutionoriented and take responsibility.
You have technical understanding and knowledge from ERP system, CRM, omnichannel platforms and other IT systems that can be seen useful.
You are used to communicating and reporting in CRM and other digital platforms.
You are fluent in Swedish and understanding Finnish is an advantage. You need to speak and write English as well.
You enjoy frequent customer interaction, have a sense of humor, and are the kind of team player everyone wants on their team.
You are inspired by and comfortable performing in a highpaced environment.
