As a Senior Business Development Manager for the Sports category, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and closing high-impact partnerships with brands and professional sellers, shaping the assortment strategy and driving category growth.
WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally within marketplace, retail, or e-commerce environments, working with brands in the Sports, Fitness, or Outdoor equipment space
Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. German, Italian) are a strong plus
Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals, managing long sales cycles end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-level and senior decision-makers, supported by solid commercial acumen
High resilience and persistence, maintaining momentum despite setbacks
Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex commercial and operational setups
