Senior Training & Instructional Designer YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR CTC CLEARANCE. TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. We’re looking for a Senior Training & Instructional Designer who can take the lead in crafting engaging, high-quality learning experiences across large-scale digital and Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. This is a role for someone who combines creativity with structure, and design flair with real business impact. What Makes This Role Different? You won’t just be building slide decks. You’ll be: Translating complex transformation programmes into clear, compelling learning journeys Influencing how users adopt new systems and processes at scale Setting the standard for learning design quality across major programmes Working alongside some of the most experienced Oracle consultants in the market What You’ll Be Doing Create Best-in-Class Learning Experiences Design and develop high-quality learning assets including: Visually engaging slide decks and facilitator guides User guides and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) Storyboards, scripts, and structured learning plans Turn complex content into simple, intuitive, user-friendly learning Lead Modern Learning Design Build impactful: eLearning modules Microlearning content Video-based learning Apply modern instructional design principles to maximise engagement and retention Own the Tools & Craft Use your expertise in: PowerPoint (advanced storytelling and visual design) Authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, video tools) LMS / LXP platforms Continuously raise the bar on how learning is designed and delivered Set the Standard for Quality Ensure all outputs are: Clear, consistent, and accessible Aligned to best practice and programme standards Act as a quality benchmark across multi-designer teams Collaborate & Lead Partner with SMEs to extract and shape knowledge effectively Mentor junior designers and provide meaningful, constructive feedback Help evolve our learning design capability and standards
