Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the technical solutions and lifecycle management (LCM) for marketing/CRM systems and related customer experience platforms.
  • Lead technical development and changes in accordance with Kappahl’s development model and IT strategy, with focus on architecture, integrations, and technical quality.

Requirements

  • Contribute with technical analysis, solution design, and input during backlog refinement and decision-making forums, acting as a technical advisor to application leads, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that relevant technical testing is planned and executed according to routines, including technical validation of changes, integration test
