Responsibilities
- Oversee all local financial operations of Heras in Finland, ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and implementing robust financial controls and reporting processes.
- Lead and inspire our finance and accounting teams for accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and execute local financial strategies that align with our global goals, supporting sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders, offering insights on the financial implications of business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding activities effectively to support our organisational objectives.
- Ideal Background:
- You are a seasoned financial professional with proven experience as a CFO or finance officer in a multi-unit business environment.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of motivating and managing diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and Finnish, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MSc/MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational decentralised company.
- A knack for analysing financial data and preparing comprehensive reports, supplemented by a hands-on approach to financial management.
