Senior Lecturer in International Business

You will be expected to possess a masters degree qualification in a relevant field, as well as have an advanced level in spoken and written English. Extensive teaching experience at the university or preferably university of applied sciences level is required. In addition, a minimum of three years practical experience of working in an international business field makes you qualified for the position.

The successful candidate must be able to actively contribute to our newly launched Design Based Education (DBE) curriculum. Strong abilities of guiding and mentoring are key competences when implementing the chosen pedagogy, therefore advanced communication skills with a focus on student centered learning is a must. You will be responsible for student facilitation with regards to complex and multidisciplinary company cases, and you will be expected to take on different roles when supervising the company challenges, such as expert, mentor and/or facilitator.

To be the successful candidate you are an agile person with wide-ranging competences in the business field and can teach and mentor a variety of different business-related subjects from entry-level to in-depth knowledge. In addition, you should have experience in supervising bachelor-level thesis.The topics you are asked to teach may vary greatly- they might be related to management, internationalization, sustainable business or data analysis.
