We are looking for a strategic and collaborative person to join our AI Innovation team at Nordea. You will lead high-impact AI initiatives, particularly in the emerging field of Agentic AI, serving as a project lead on strategic AI use cases and work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to take AI applications from concept to production.

This position is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working location based in Helsinki, Finland, Gdansk / Gdynia / Warsaw, Poland, Copenhagen, Denmark, or Stockholm, Sweden.

What you’ll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

Managing AI projects end-to-end - Guide complex, multi-stakeholder AI initiatives from concept to production while ensuring measurable business impact

Developing AI use cases - Identify, scope, and prioritize AI opportunities across business areas

Conducting strategic analysis - Lead business case development from Discovery through MVP, including value hypothesis validation, ROI analysis, and impact measurement

Engaging with executives - Present recomme
