The opportunity
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Ludvika, Sweden. You will be part of Hitachi Energy’s HVDC business, which is a leader in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) technology. The role involves managing projects related to HVDC systems and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a visionary leader with a robust and successful background in training and development organization build-up and running. The ideal candidate should have the capability to manage a diverse and international team, bringing together various talents, partners and expertise to drive our training initiatives forward.
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead complex projects and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget
How you’ll make an impact
Lead project execution and ensure successful delivery.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
