Assignment Overview
We are looking for a DataOps / DevOps Engineer
What You Will Work On
Support migration from on-premise Cloudera-based data lake to GCP
Implement cloud-native architecture using managed services such as Dataproc
Work with containerization technologies and modern deployment practices
Apply infrastructure-as-code principles to ensure scalable and repeatable environments
Contribute to platform compliance and regulatory alignment
Collaborate closely with the DataOps team in a high-impact modernization initiative
Ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence of the new data platform
What You Bring
4–8 years of experience within DataOps, DevOps, or platform engineering
Strong experience with Apache ecosystem technologies (e.g., Spark, NiFi, Airflow)
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience working with managed cloud services such as Dataproc
Solid understanding of containerization and cloud-native architecture
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or similar tools)
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute directly to delivery
English required, Swedish is valuable
