We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director for our client Aimo Park Finland to join the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the company's overall commercial performance and for driving sustainable growth and profitability in Finland.
Aimo Park operates in a rapidly evolving environment where parking solutions, digital services, and the optimization of real estate usage are becoming increasingly important. The Commercial Director will play a key role in strengthening the commercial organization, developing the business, and identifying new growth opportunities.
You will report to the Country Director Finland and be a member of the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the overall commercial performance of Aimo Park Finland, including key accounts, customer service, product commercialization, and marketing.
- You will lead the commercial organization and develop the business with the objective of driving sustainable growth, increasing customer value, and improving profitability.
- Your key responsibilities include
- developing revenue and profitability
- leading and developing customer relationship management and customer service
- developing and commercializing service concepts
- improving marketing effectiveness
- leading key accounts and major customer negotiations
- identifying new growth opportunities and developing commercial models
- contributing to strategy work as a member of the leadership team
- This role is central to building the next phase of Aimo Park Finland's development and combines strategic business development with hands-on commercial leadership.
- We expect you to have
- experience in commercial and/or business leadership with P&L responsibility
- experience in leading sales, customer relationships, or broader commercial operations
