Role Overview The Workplace Host plays a key role in delivering a polished, high-trust workplace experience across our London offices. This role blends front-of-house excellence, operational awareness and workplace coordination to ensure every colleague and visitor experiences a professional, welcoming and well-run environment. Front of House Responsibilities Deliver a boutique, first-class lounge level experience to colleagues and visitors at all times Provide a warm, confident and professional welcome, acting as a visible ambassador for Entain Manage new starter arrivals, ensuring access passes, desk bookings and day-one readiness Operate the office switchboard, triaging and redirecting calls appropriately Maintain strong security awareness including visitor management, access control and emergency procedures Support desk booking activity within Condeco, including changes and colleague guidance Act as a subject matter expert on meeting rooms, pods and collaboration spaces Prepare and reset meeting rooms throughout the day to a high standard Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach during busy periods or unexpected requests Workplace Operations & Back of House Support postroom operations including digital mail, franking machines and courier coordination Carry out regular stock checks across kitchens, stationery areas, printers and meeting spaces Work with the team to ensure supplies are replenished proactively, maintaining workplace standards Conduct regular office walk-throughs to identify safety risks, faults or housekeeping issues Remain visible and approachable to colleagues needing support Oversee contractors on site, maintaining awareness of works being carried out and associated RAMS Administration & Systems Support purchase orders, invoicing processes and supplier coordination Use CAFM platforms including Concerto, ServiceNow and Infraspeak to log and track workplace activity Maintain accurate records to support reporting, audits and operational transparency Assist with internal communications via Viva Engage, including workplace updates and events Team & Collaboration Travel between our main London offices as required, with occasional visits to other UK talent hubs Support workplace events, activations and engagement initiatives Assist EAs and PAs with on-site coordination including meeting adjustments and executive visits Provide remote support to other Entain workplaces when needed Build strong relationships across Workplace, Security, IT and wider business teams

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills IOSH qualification or equivalent preferred Previous experience in large corporate environment preferred Must be able to present to stakeholders at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite You will be shown how to use a number of our own systems including but not limited to Verkada, Janus, Concerto, Condeco, ServiceNow and Oracle. Any existing experience with these products will be an advantage. As a representative of the team in a ‘customer facing’ role, we would ask that you adopt a smart casual style that’s practical for the role being carried out
