Oversee business performance for Entain’s German and Austrian markets Design and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs Monitor metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas Identify, propose, and validate high-impact commercial initiatives Act as the commercial integrator and lead cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action
Previous P&L or budget management experience Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance Strong analytical skills with experience in building business cases and delivering commercial initiatives Fluent in German and English Prior experience in the German market is advantageous Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality results
