Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations workflows across our European partner ecosystem, including partner invoicing, data validation, and system updates within our B2B SaaS dispatch platform
- Serve as a point of contact for fleet partners by resolving support requests and system discrepancies
- Document and analyze existing workflows to improve transparency and standardization, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical process improvements
- Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or BI solutions to automate repetitive tasks, build dashboards, and help develop scalable, data-driven operational processes
- Currently enrolled in (or between) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working with data
- Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement and automation
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluent English and German are required. Spanish is a strong plus
