Job title: Junior HR Business Partner – maternity cover
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day and strategic HR support to our teams.
- Be a trusted partner for employees and managers on all people‑related questions.
- Lead recruitment for our Manufacturing and support functions.
- Coordinate key annual HR cycles — merit, performance reviews, and succession planning — together with leaders and our Talent Partner.
- Support smooth operational processes: payroll topics, onboarding, offboarding, and other important employee lifecycle events.
- Ensure all HR and military service documentation meets local legal requirements.
- Lead day‑to‑day benefits operations, including administration, vendor management, and issue resolution.
- Create HR reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision‑making.
- Experience you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluent Ukrainian; English – intermediate.
- Confident use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
