An automation‑first approach , with solid scripting skills (e.g. Python and/or Bash) to reduce manual effort. Practical experience with Kubernetes and Helm , with some familiarity with service mesh concepts (such as Istio). Experience working on cloud‑based platforms , taking a pragmatic, engineering‑led approach. Working knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g. Terraform) to support automated delivery. Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Prometheus, Splunk or similar). A collaborative approach, with a strong sense of engineering quality, ownership and continuous improvement , and a desire to support teams to work better.
