In Bulgaria alone, we have 850 + employees across our offices in Varna, Veliko Tarnovo and Shumen and we’re continuing to grow!</p><p></p><p><strong>Office Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania</strong></p><p></p><p>As a <strong><em>Junior Tech BDR</em></strong> you will be focusing mainly on the UK, Ireland and <span>Northern EU markets, and will be</span> responsible for:</p><p><strong>1. Lead Generation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate qualified meetings for Senior Sales individuals.</p></li><li><p>Making high volumes of phone calls on a daily basis to generate new leads and potential customers.</p></li><li><p>Customising messaging to target specific markets and regions.</p></li><li><p>Own and manage your prospects pipeline, working with Line Manager and sales teams to set ongoing priorities and achievement of same</p></li><li><p>Provide engaging and articulate information about Fintua's value proposition to potential customers.Ability to make large amount of outbound phone calls on a daily basis.</p></li><li><p>Experience of B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and</p></li><li><p>Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM platform.</p></li><li><p>Verifying information and cultivating relationships for your region.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM platform.</p></li><li><p>Verifying information and cultivating relationships for your region.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>2. Communication</strong></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone and webinars.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>3. Product Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop a strong knowledge of Fintua's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.</p></li><li><p>Understand how the benefits of Fintua's products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Two plus years’ experience in a comparable role is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement.</p></li><li><p>Salesforce experience advantageous</p></li><li><p>Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.</p></li><li><p>A strong communicator with a clear friendly phone voice.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English &amp; preferable another language.</p></li><li><p>Confident, enthusiastic and energetic with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet and exceed KPIs goals and targets.</p></li><li><p>Can do attitude critical to success.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Benefits</h2><p>At Fintua, We are a community of like-minded individuals committed to excellence in everything we do.
