As our Creative Lead for Brand Campaigns, you’ll bring momentum, excitement and creative rigour to these high-pressure, high-volume moments.
This role leads creative across frequent new product drops, launches and key brand energy moments, operating at speed and volume without sacrificing taste or craft. They translate the wider brand world into bold, distinctive and channel-first creative, while putting the right creative frameworks, rhythms and decision-making in place to ensure quality and coherence are sustained month after month.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-tempo environment, sets the creative bar high, and knows how to deliver consistently exceptional work under pressure.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
New Product Drops & Brand Energy
Lead creative direction for high-frequency product drops, launches, and brand moments while maintaining a high creative standard.
Develop product-led narratives that are culturally relevant and reinforce Gymshark’s authority in gym performance.
Connect drops to the wider brand storytelling framework to ensure consistency across the calendar.
Big Ideas with Channel-First Thinking
Concept bold ideas for peak attention moments, maintaining clarity and craft under tight timelines.
Ensure campaigns are channel-first, particularly for social, with ideas that flex across formats and platforms.
Build cohesive ecosystems around launches across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Creative Leadership, Standards & Structure
Lead campaign teams in a fast-paced environment, setting clear direction to protect quality at speed.
Establish creative standards and frameworks that enable consistent output at scale.
Mentor creatives to strengthen conceptual thinking, craft, and confidence under pressure.
Partner closely with the Head of Creative to deliver Gymshark’s most visible moments.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Social, and Production teams to deliver launches with clarity and momentum.
Balance creative ambition with commercial realities to deliver high-quality work on time.
Present and sell campaign ideas confidently to senior stakeholders.
