Our UAM domain is building the foundational fabric for WPP Open, this isn't just about managing access; it's about tackling complex data needs, system integrations, and actively exploring how Agentic AI gains secure access across the platform. You will directly shape how AI enhances security, streamlines operations, and enables global compliance, delivering a robust, secure, and future-proof access management solution.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Product Owner, you will own the UAM product area from discovery through delivery and iteration, operating across strategic, tactical, and execution levels with a hands-on, detailed approach.
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product roadmap for Unified Access Management, aligning with WPP Open's strategic goals and the secure integration of agentic AI.
Detailed Ownership: Translate high-level vision into detailed requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases), managing and prioritising the backlog based on value.
Technical Deep Dive: Engage deeply with engineers, architects, and delivery managers on feasibility, design trade-offs, complex system architectures, APIs, data flows, and technical solutions for identity, authentication, authorization, and secure AI access.
Execution Leadership: Guide cross-functional Product Squads through the full product development lifecycle, including leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Stakeholder & Go-to-Market: Translate complex technical concepts into business value, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and collaborating with GTM functions for successful roll-outs and adoption.
Measurement & Validation: Define and track key product metrics, validating ideas with user discovery, proofs of concept, and user testing.
Innovation: Explore and implement innovative solutions for secure, scalable access management, particularly concerning AI integration and global compliance.
