About this role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Practice Efficiency team in Berlin.

You will work on Doctolib's holistic solution to streamline the care journey by collecting and sharing complete, up-to-date, and structured information required for care delivery. It transforms how health professionals prepare for consultations, how administrative staff manage patient workflows, and how patients experience healthcare, replacing fragmented, paper-based processes with a seamless digital experience. You will collaborate with multiple product teams on a critical product area at the intersection of clinical data and user experience, while having measurable impact on both Patient and Healthcare Professional NPS.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for one or several capabilities of our practice efficiency domain
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, clinical experts, and go-to-market stakeholders to build solutions that serve multiple user personas across all Doctolib's markets
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and drive prioritization grounded in data
  • Ensure regulatory and market-specific compliance while maintaining a scalable, country-agnostic architecture
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the broader product management team, with the potential of leading other product managers

  • You could be our next team mate if you:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management having worked with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders and leadership (Technical Product Management is a plus)
  • Base your strategic product decisions on a strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs - solving complex problems
  • Have developed and launched products in a large scale SaaS or B2B environment, where you needed to change the engine while it ran at full speed
  • Always put the user in the center of your work
  • Are fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
  • Now it would be fantastic if you:
  • Have experience in the healthcare industry and/or leveraging state of the art technology such as AI
