Fuel & Retail Site Operations Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong operational leadership experience in fuel, retail, convenience store, cardlock, or real‑estate–based site operations.
- Working knowledge of construction or general contracting concepts (able to identify issues in building systems, equipment, and contractor work).
- Experience with vendor management and multi‑trade coordination.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work within contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, and additional regions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of fueling infrastructure, UST systems, dispensers, piping, and environmental regulations.
- Experience with environmental due diligence, spill reporting, or fuel‑system compliance.
- Background in M&A integration or operational due diligence.
- Familiarity with convenience-store restoration, real estate turnarounds, or site‑readiness work.
- Located within the central region (Texas/Missouri/Arkansas ideal).
