About this role

You will be working in a Scrum Team of cross-functional skills in tight collaboration practising Agile. You will be contributing to real decisions about technology to create maintainable solutions for our customers and participating in a highly collaborative group of software engineering professional’s. Learning, developing your skills and becoming a rounded Developer in the process.  You will develop software to meet our client's user needs using Java on the AWS Cloud platform, follow best practice guidelines and help to improve those guidelines. In addition to Java you will contribute to the other areas of development within the project using latest technologies. You will be creating best in class documentation with our client users in mind.

5+ years Java development experience   Experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot 1 & 2) for the development of new or existing Microservices  SQL databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)  Familiar with all phases of software development; from requirements gathering and design through to build, deployment and support   Strong experience of unit and regression testing Clear orientation to develop with quality and best practices in code development The ability to operate well under a variety of different situations and types of projects.
