About this role
Your influential mission. You will... Take responsibility for validating and signing off mathematical models of games. Review and test computational outputs against theoretical expectations and benchmarks. Execute statistical analyses to evaluate game models, including t‑tests and z‑tests. Troubleshoot with engineers on the technical implementation of mathematical models. Validate and sign off mathematical models to ensure they function as intended. Document test cases and validation results for compliance and reproducibility. Provide answers and explanations to relevant mathematical questions for game designers, engineers, compliance teams, and other departments as necessary.
Components for success. You... Have a university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Have at least 6 months of work experience as a mathematician or developer. Demonstrate proficiency in Probability & Statistics, with a strong focus on hypothesis testing. Possess practical knowledge of at least one programming language.
