As we rapidly expand our fast charging network across Europe, the opportunity to attract more electric vehicle drivers grows. To accelerate this growth and strengthen our commercial capabilities, we’re expanding our Growth team with a new team focused on unlocking long-term value through commercial strategy & pricing, which will focus on building a leading strategy, lead strategic planning, develop pricing and run change projects across the growth team.
What you’ll do
As Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be at the start of our Growth funnel, focused on enabling the rest of the growth department to excel. Together with the team, you will develop a cutting-edge 5-year growth strategy and translate it into annual Country Commercial Plans ("CCP"). You'll then work closely with country teams to drive implementation and monitor progress. Your focus will be on enabling key markets and driving strategy development and change management support for a subset of the growth disciplines. The role reports to the Commercial Strategy & Pricing Lead, and will work closely with teams across Growth, Marketing and our country leads.
The wider Growth Department is responsible for driving revenue growth together with the Marketing Department, and next to Strategy & Pricing, it includes teams that focus on Propositions, Sales, Partnerships, Charge cards, and Station performance. The role is located in the Amsterdam office.
