About this role

What you’ll do If you love working with people – this is the place for you. This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day. Delivering the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues. A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being. Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. Reporting on P&C activities and keeping our KPIs on track.

Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise.
