About this role

DIGITALIZATION Lead and support digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption with responsibilities including: Manage mid-scale digitalization initiatives and contribute to larger ones Drive tool enhancements, configurations, and workflow optimizations Conduct requirements engineering and maintain clear documentation Ensure robust test management and smooth implementation Maintain structured content and lifecycle activities for core legal platforms Govern policy‑related content by structuring and updating legal requirements, aligning with stakeholders, managing version accuracy and lifecycle needs, and coordinating feasibility and implementation discussions with technical teams REPORTING & ANALYSIS Develop and deliver insightful reports and data analyses to support data-driven decision-making.Ensure high data quality across our systems. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Lead mid‑sized projects and co‑lead workstreams in larger initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs. Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress. Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders. Implement industry best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout project execution, including PM coaching. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT & TRAININGS Facilitate knowledge hubs and centers of influence across the organization. Design an intuitive intranet experience for easy sharing and retrieval of best practices. Provide global key user support and encourage documentation and sharing of work using standard templates and formats. Design and deliver trainings and upskilling sessions for the Legal team. Mitigate the risk of knowledge loss due to staff turnover and role transitions. CONTINUOUS INNOVATION Stay up to date with trends in Legal Operations, Legal Tech, and AI. Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled enhancements. Act as AI ambassador by supporting evaluation, piloting, and adoption of AI tools. Collaborate with internal innovation teams to align initiatives and contribute insights to the Legal technology and AI roadmap.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - a Master's degree is a plus. 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a legal or related field Demonstrate strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word Experience with database systems and master data maintenance is advantageous Strong technical acumen and a solution-oriented mindset In-depth understanding of legal topics Expertise in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Highly committed, responsible, analytical, process-oriented, and precise in work Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,509 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
