If you want to help small businesses thrive, then read on.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a senior product marketer who deeply understands the German small business landscape and can help us grow adoption and usage of our products through clear positioning, strong lifecycle messaging and effective go-to-market execution.</p><p>You’ll work closely with Product Managers, CRM, Content, Acquisition and Sales to ensure that what we build is clearly explained, easy to adopt and well positioned in-market.</p><p><strong>A typical day could see you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Creating positioning, naming and messaging for products, features and initiatives in the German market</p></li><li><p>Planning and coordinating go-to-market activities for launches</p></li><li><p>Owning product marketing initiatives focused on activation, adoption and retention</p></li><li><p>Analysing data and turning learnings into actionable insights</p></li><li><p>Feeding structured insights back into product and growth prioritisation</p></li></ul><p><strong>This is for you if you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role</p></li><li><p>Are fluent in German and English, written and spoken</p></li><li><p>Have worked in fintech, banking or financial services, ideally in a B2B / SME context</p></li><li><p>Have strong experience with go-to-market, messaging and lifecycle work</p></li><li><p>Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM and Data</p></li><li><p>Are structured, outcome-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus if you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have experience working in a fast-paced growth company or scale-up</p></li><li><p>Are comfortable using tools such as Jira, HubSpot, Figma, Looker or CMS systems</p></li></ul><p><strong>You'll get:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setting.
