We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing operations team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in Johannesburg, who want to build their career in global marketing technology.

HubSpot

and

Drupal

, ensuring digital assets are accurate, on-brand, technically sound, and delivered on time. If you enjoy building and optimizing digital components—emails, workflows, forms, landing pages, and website content—this is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and grow.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and marketing teams across regions while supporting the digital infrastructure that powers our campaigns and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Production & Marketing Automation
  • Build and execute digital assets including:
  • Emails + email templates
  • Automated workflows and nurture streams
  • Forms and progressive profiling
  • Landing pages and thank‑you pages
  • Perform QA checks (rendering, links, formatting, tagging, naming conventions)
  • Assist with campaign scheduling, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain consistent structure across campaigns, folders, and assets
  • Support list creation, segmentation, and basic performance reporting
  • Drupal Website Content Production
  • Update and publish front-end content using Drupal CMS
  • Ensure formatting, structure, metadata, and UX standards are followed
  • Upload images, files, and documents according to content guidelines
  • Conduct content checks before publishing
  • Support recurring updates, landing page refreshes, and overall content maintenance
  • Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration
  • Work with internal marketing teams to fulfill HubSpot and Drupal requests
  • Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to uphold best practices
  • Collaborate with content owners to clarify requirements
  • Communicate timelines, risks, and progress clearly
  • Assist with light copyediting and content formatting
  • Experience Required
  • 1–3 years of digital marketing production experience (marketing automation, CMS updates, or campaign buildout)
  • Hands-on experience with
  • HubSpot
  • and/or
  • Drupal
