WHO YOU ARE

Significant experience designing and implementing full stack applications

Strong experience with a backend programming language (Go preferred), and solid frontend experience with JavaScript, modern HTML/CSS, and utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind.

Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architectures (e.g., gRPC)

You write clean, modular, and maintainable code and care about performance and reliability

Comfortable balancing technical debt and business priorities in fast-paced environments

Independent, goal-oriented, and collaborative with cross-functional teams

Excellent English skills

Located in one of the European time zones

Formal education in Computer Science or a related field

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs in Go that power web and mobile clients

Build and evolve high-traffic, user-facing pages that serve millions of users, ensuring fast load times, excellent usability, and SEO best practices

Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features end-to-end

Improve system performance, monitoring, and developer experience across the stack

Drive technical design, code quality, and architectural improvements through RFCs and reviews

Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies for new features

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all user-facing APIs and systems

Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical interviews
