The EMEA Field Marketing team is a critical component of Okta’s ambitious growth strategy in the region. We are a passionate, high-impact group that works in close partnership with Sales and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and build brand presence.

About this role

As a Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and tactical execution of integrated, multi-country marketing campaigns across the EMEA landscape, targeting specific account lists. Success in this role requires a blend of program planning, an understanding of the EMEA market, and close cross-functional collaboration with teams like Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, and xDR to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated, multi-country marketing programs across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, with a primary focus on driving new business and accelerating pipeline.
  • Be an hands-on contributor, blending planning with tactical execution to ensure programs are tailored for diverse EMEA markets and hit specific target account lists.
  • Establish and maintain close cross-functional alignment with Field Marketing,and other functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing to integrate paid media approaches into campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
  • Leverage and integrate our partner ecosystem into program strategies as appropriate to amplify results.
  • Proactively explore and utilize emerging technologies, including AI, to continually improve marketing program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Your programs will be focused on the Enterprise segment, with an ‘always on’ plan running into SMB
  • What experience you have
  • Demonstrable experience creating and executing end-to-end marketing programs at scale within a B2B technology environment, preferably for the EMEA region.
  • A strong understanding of effective targeting and segmentation strategies to ensure marketing efforts are focused on the highest-potential accounts.
  • Proven hands-on experience and familiarity with various paid media approaches and their strategic application in integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successfully working with sales (including xDR) and other cross-functional marketing teams (e.g., product, global, field).
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable with tracking performance, and using insights to optimize programs for pipeline and revenue growth.
