What will you be doing?

In this role you will become a trusted analytical partner for our sales and marketing teams across the CEE cluster. Your work will help translate complex datasets into clear insights that guide decisions, improve performance and strengthen regional strategy. You will collaborate across functions, contribute to continuous improvement projects and ensure our commercial teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing analytics and insights from multiple data sources to support sales management and commercial planning

Managing contest and award reporting and developing KPIs and dashboards that help shape sales performance

Providing analytical support for segmentation, business planning, and CRM reporting initiatives

Contributing to pricing analysis and the creation of regional pricing tools

Leading incentive compensation calculations and performance dashboards

Leading or contributing to improvement projects across the region focused on optimization and innovation

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from blending analytical capability, commercial awareness and strong collaboration skills. You will thrive when working across countries, understanding business challenges and turning data into meaningful actions. To be successful you will bring:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a data or business analyst

Experience in commercial business processes, such as sales or pricing analytics

Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights

Confidence collaborating with stakeholders across levels, functions and markets

A mindset focused on continuous improvement, simplicity and meaningful impact
