đŸ§‘đŸ»â€đŸ’» About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

At Mews, we’re not just building financial systems — we’re engineering the backbone of a fast-scaling, global business. Our Financial Systems team is on a mission to eliminate bottlenecks, automate the mundane, and power smarter decisions across every corner of the company. Instead of throwing more people at problems, we leverage technology to do the heavy lifting — freeing our teams to focus on strategy, innovation, and growth.

In this role, you’ll be the architect and connector of our most critical systems — from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Workday, Databricks, PowerBI, Looker, Kyriba, and beyond. You’ll have the autonomy to design solutions that scale with us, the opportunity to shape the company’s financial infrastructure for a possible IPO, and the satisfaction of knowing that your work directly fuels our success. If you thrive on complexity, live for integration challenges, and get excited about making systems talk to each other in new ways, this is your stage.

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Lead the design, integration, and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 Business Central systems within the organization and ensure continuous alignment with our broader business infrastructure.

Architect and establish a unified and scalable ERP infrastructure leveraging Azure, tailored to support our business ecosystem.

Implement stringent data segregation and security measures, ensuring compliance and readiness for our existing markets and possible IPO.

Collaborate with IT Security and Finance Teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate best practices in line with the company's strategic goals.

Lead the charge in continuous departmental enhancement, keeping abreast of and integrating the latest best practices, technologies, and trends.

Develop and oversee a comprehensive documentation regime that clearly outlines system architecture, configuration, and integration process

đŸ€ïž You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work life experience.

Proven track record as a Business Central Engineer, with extensive experience in deploying and managing ERP systems at scale.

Expertise in system integration, data management, and the deployment of comprehensive ERP solutions across an organization.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams towards achieving technical excellence and innovation.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering effective training and fostering a culture of technology proficiency.

SaaS experience with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.

🎉 What’s in it for you?
