Responsibilities

• As a Senior Data Scientist in our Global Consumer Alliance, you will be at the forefront of creating the right ecosystem at HelloFresh so that we are truly customer centric in everything we do. Our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team’s mission is to understand our customers’ journeys and empower market leads with insights and intelligent solutions that improve satisfaction, retention, and efficiency. We build scalable models and GenAI systems that turn unstructured feedback into actionable sentiment insights, personalize compensation to balance cost with loyalty, and enhance every customer interaction — from self-serve automation to agent-led support.
• We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with experience in translating complex customer and behavioral data into measurable business impact — skilled in predictive modeling, NLP or GenAI, and passionate about using data to shape meaningful customer experiences. • What you’ll do
• Partner with data scientists and other engineers in a cross-functional team.
• Design, implement, and deploy full-stack scalable machine learning models with a focus on maintainability, observability, scalability and stability.
• Maintain high-quality, version-controlled code repositories for the various working environments and products.
• Conduct code and model reviews of peers, providing actionable feedback to ensure a high quality of standard
• Drive day-to-day operations for our complex, ambiguous and large scale AI/ML products.
• Collaborate with our business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our AI/ML products.
• What you’ll bring
• A passion for solving complex business problems with machine learning and GenAI within a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL. Previous experience with PySpark is a plus.
• Strong experience with designing and maintaining Machine Learning models, both supervised and unsupervised, for production use cases.
• A knack for picking up new technologies and modeling methodologies quickly while solving actual business problems.
• Interest in working with next-gen Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, BERT, or Transformer-based architectures).
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
