The role

As the Product Marketing Lead, Global Partnerships, you will be the strategic owner and operational linchpin for defining and executing high-impact Corporate, Product-led incentives and Brand Partnership campaigns across the international business. You will be acting as the sole Product Marketing point of contact to manage and orchestrate these complex, high-value workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • As the Product Marketing Lead, Global Partnerships, you will be the strategic owner and operational linchpin for defining and executing high-impact Corporate, Product-led incentives and Brand Partnership campaigns across the international business. You will be acting as the sole Product Marketing point of contact to manage and orchestrate these complex, high-value workstreams.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role that requires a strategic, data-driven Product Marketer with exceptional operational expertise. You will leverage your strong project management skills to not only ensure disciplined execution, but to also define the product messaging and go-to-market strategy for partnerships that drive measurable brand and commercial impact. You are the single entity overseeing these projects, guaranteeing efficiency and strengthening governance across the entire lifecycle.
  • What you’ll do
  • Strategic Ownership & Go-to-Market (GTM) Definition
  • Define GTM and Messaging Strategy: For Corporate Partnerships, you will be consulted on the product-based incentive strategy (e.g., product categories and offer mechanics) and will define the channel plan to be included as a negotiation barter. For Brand Partnerships, you will collaborate with Brand on the campaign strategy.
  • PMM-Led Testing Framework: Consult on the development of the testing framework to determine key campaign objectives and BD briefing parameters (e.g., channels to test vs. scale, price thresholds).
  • Messaging & Narrative Crafting: Be the expert in product messaging optimization, crafting impactful narratives to translate product attributes and partnership value into consumer-relevant proof points for multi-market campaigns. For Brand Partnerships you’ll be working with Brand to ensure product messages are aligned with Brand Messaging.
  • Initiative Briefing: Based on the set strategy, you will build the comprehensive initiative brief, providing the necessary inputs for planning and execution across all teams (Brand, Creative, EVA, BD, Local Teams).
  • Campaign Orchestration & Execution Leadership
  • Project-Manage for Outcome: Lead the complex, cross-functional preparation of the campaign, ensuring all global and local teams are progressing against set milestones and ETAs
  • Operational Execution: Drive the operational execution of the campaign across all live marketing channels (including paid marketing and CRM), once the partnership is approved and signed.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Oversight: Consult on the end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) preparation and testing, ensuring CX is incorporated into the marketing funnel, legal T&Cs are finalized, and customer journey testing is completed.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the key liaison to coordinate cross-country partnership efforts and key internal stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Own Campaign Reporting: Be accountable for compiling the post-campaign results, including comprehensive reporting and key insights, in partnership with Local Marketing Analytics (LMA).
  • Monitoring & Insights: Consult on monitoring campaign results throughout its duration, providing PMM perspective and expertise to the metrics tracking.
  • What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environment.
  • Expertise in Messaging & GTM Strategy: Proven success in crafting impactful narratives and defining positioning and go-to-market strategies for new and existing customer segments.
  • Deep Brand and Performance Knowledge: Deep brand knowledge and experience with brand metrics and positioning, with the ability to apply these insights to demand generation strategies.
  • Operational Excellence and Stakeholder Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple international markets
  • Partnership Domain Fluency: Understanding of the mechanics behind Pricing & Discounting focused incentive campaigns and Brand-led campaigns designed to generate earned media and buzz.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using analytics and customer insights to drive marketing decisions, optimizations, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge-Building: Proven ability to work closely with Creative and technical teams, bridging the gap between product requirements and customer-centric messaging.
