Always Growing — Direct, positive, and caring feedback, combined with self-growth ownership. ⭐ General Secretary Associate Internship ⭐ The position is open for gap year or end-of-study interns with a starting date in September 2026, for a six-month internship. It is not open to MBA students. The Associate supports the General Secretary on top business priorities, such as building new processes internally and externally. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a dynamic and innovative environment. ⭐ Detailed missions ⭐ The list below is not exhaustive as it will depend on the company priorities during your internship. However it gives a good overview of the range of topics and tasks. Regular missions and recent projects Sales & Business - Prepare meetings with external stakeholders, support in following up post meetings, track actions to conversion and maintain stakeholder momentum. 👉Help in the organization of events with investors and customers. Corporate & Governance - Support research and projects related to regulatory stakeholders, fundraisings and governance matters. 👉 Contribution to board pack preparation and management (content, timelines, Q&A); conduct targeted legal and market research. Internal missions - Work on highly structural topics (salary grids, internal frameworks). Improve internal processes and cross-team coordination to ensure Alan can scale without compromising its core values. 👉 Harmonization of the weekly internal communication Brand & Communication - Strengthen the HR & Corporate presence at major events and on social channels, organise internal and external events to build the Alan network and systematize outreach and leverage connections globally. 👉End-to-end organization of events with top schools in our offices Product & Technical topics - Support cross-functional projects through research, synthesis, and stakeholder coordination, turn insights into actionable recommendations for product and operations. Talent - Sourcing and recruiting the next GS Associate. 👉Development of the hiring process for the next GS Associate ⭐ Profile & Competencies ⭐ Skills Proactive & curious - You will be expected to deliver quickly and well on the tasks assigned to you, while to also always be going the extra-mile and show proactive thinking. Analytical judgment and critical thinking - GS Associate produces a lot of research and analysis. This requires the ability to frame the right questions, evaluate and problem-solve including possible outcomes. Versatility and stellar execution - You are comfortable with context switching while maintaining impact. Organization and autonomy - You are well-served in missions requiring precision and reliability. Crisp thinking and clear communication - You communicate effectively and concisely . Step back - You have the ability to take a step back and understand the business needs related to any mission. Technical appetite - Having an aptitude in or appetite for automation, AI and/or data analysis is a plus. Languages Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken and written French.
