Our sellers are at the heart of our business. The Seller Happiness squad ensures that our partners have the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed on refurbed. From seamless integrations to powerful APIs and intuitive dashboards, our squad creates products that drive seller satisfaction and business growth.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and expand the seller-facing experience on refurbed. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and our supply team (commercial & operations) to build scalable solutions that make selling on refurbed effortless. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and advancing our seller experience, ensuring that the seller side of our marketplace is robust, efficient, and capable of meeting the demands of the platform’s users.
This is a highly strategic role where you’ll shape the way sellers interact with our platform—directly impacting seller success, buyer trust, and our marketplace growth.
WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketplace environment (ideally on the seller/vendor side).
Strong track record of building successful B2B or partner-facing products.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g. APIs, data integrations) into clear requirements, business and user value.
Experience working closely with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs with confidence.
Demonstrable technical expertise: Proven experience working with key technologies and concepts such as APIs and integrations, file/CSV/feed uploads, and management interfaces. You should be comfortable understanding data modeling and writing or reviewing SQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
A data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking product KPIs.
Passion for sustainability, marketplaces, and building great experiences for partners.
